I have a headset and have played a variety of games. I'd be down to do something, I can't really play games with the active movement stuff as I get sim sickness, but I can do games that let you do teleporting, or don't require a lot of locomotion

So a good way to handle movement is to

1. Get a fan to, not only cool you off when you play, but also to give you a sense of real space direction when playing. Trust me it helps alot.

2. playing more vr with that kind of movement will make you handle it better

3. Drink water and sit down when you aren't doing anything.

I do these during long vr sessions and they help a whole lot.
