I like GIMP for simple photo editing. Its pretty easy, its technical if you need it to be, but simple if you dont need it to be.

I almost have the entire Adobe line. PhotoShop is a great product, but there's nothing wrong with using lesser & simpler products for a specified purpose. Sometimes products like GIMP can produce the same results with half the hassle and user knowledge required by a program like PhotoShop.

I think Amazifier is good, it is a simple and free photo editor with some nice photo effects, sticker, frames etc. You can get it from their website at Amazifier - Fun and Easy Photo Enhancing for FREE!.

All computers with windows have paint! I'm sure everyone here have/know what paint is! useless thread in my opinion :/ And there have bin threads about this before i think! Zero001 there is stuff you can do with photoshop that you can't do with gimp, just saying ;)
