Make a cool picture? I suggest Photoshop Tutorials. They'll teach you how to do "cool" stuff.

 

If you want simple, just load up Paint, and scribble. :o

 

Or, you could be lazy, and just google for an image you want.

I think that will help you, to find that picture. But if you want to create your own, you have to download photoshop.

Look at :-]'s tutorial to make your own or ask :-] to make one for you. (she makes them really well, she made mine)

Your best bet is to find an image you like and then try to photoshop some pizazz into it. Usually, I'll just find an image in Google Images and crop it to my liking, not a fan of the whole in-your-face images.
