Russian or Geology?

So I'm currently enrolled in Geology, but I'm considering switching it to Russian (They take up the same time slot).

I've always wanted to learn Russian, German, or Dutch. Working with Russians over the summer made me want to learn Russian even more. So I'm wondering what you guys think would be a more interesting class.

Geology is very interesting, but learning another language is probably much more beneficial to you.

Well if you really want to learn Russian then go for it.....will probably take more then a few classes though ofc...

I've been enrolled in 3 different colleges so far and I haven't attended one that offered Russian. I say take it. Looks difficult as hell though lol

Nah... learning language is hard, I'd go with geology.

Yeah, I would only be able to take beginner Russian, because intermediate the next semester conflicts with English which I need. But next year if I wanted to continue in it I could take intermediate or something.

 

Yeah geology does interest me, but so does Russian, plus learning another language would be really cool.

Yeah, my friend said his cousin took russian, and it was really hard so he dropped it.

While I don't mind a challenge, if it is going to be truly hard, and bring down my average then it may not be worth it. But I really can't see it being THAT hard if I actually pay attention in class and do the assigned learning.
