Either one of those answers is wrong or you are not VAC banned... sorry to say it but from my experience VAC gives no false positives, it's an automated system. something was running while you were playing a secured server that VAC decided was a cheat. it didn't have to happen today, it could have been up to a month ago. it also doesn't ahve to be what you would consider a cheat, a fair few people have been banned by stupid .exe's that aren't relevant to soruce at all.
