If it was done for a reason they will gladly explain it. Did you just skip over the posts and procedure given by Valve that clearly states that they do NOT respond to VAC ban queries nor do they explain or give details on it? Link to comment

Turns out I never signed out at home. It scared the shit out of me, I spent way too much on this steam account for it to be hacked. Link to comment
