This sounds really unhealthy, but maybe not.

 

If possible, I would still stick with just exercising and eating well, and if worse comes to worse I guess try this.

 

its not. my doctor suggested it rofl. its perfectly healthy, unless you mean losing weight that quickly sounds unhealthy. Its slowed down slightly, but i'm doing exactly what my doctor said. i just lost ALOT at the beginning because i still have ALOT to lose.

Well Im gonne lose some weight my self:) Cuz I gonne start compiting again in TaeKwonDo!:d I started for 2 -3 weeks ago. What I do is: Train from Monday - Freday(16:00 - 21:00) Saturday I hang out with friends (keeping active) sunday I usely recover, go taking a swim or boubble bath:) Aslo in the first week you have to try to dont eat to much ,and not to little, after the first day it will start to go automatic and after the first week you will have no prob:)

I just stopped eating for 1 week and I lost 7 kilos but after that I started drinking and ate pizza and Chinese food so I ended up gaining 20 kilos, lol.

I think I'll start a low carb diet, my ass is bigger than the chair it sits on, good sign to lose some weight.

As a firefighter I have to keep in shape. And with full honesty all u have to do is cut on the sugar and work out. I don't care about the people who whine that it doesn't work. NO their just lazy as hell.

 

Trust me. Give them motivation, make a contest who can lose more weight. Make hell of an exercise that they have to do if they fall behind. Good luck.
