Need help with internet

Ok so for the past 3 days ive been having problems with my internet.The main modem is upstairs and its hooked up to 4 computers. The internet has been really laggy and upload speed is down. My ping is like in the thousands in vent. CS is laggy and it takes forever yo upload a page in Internet Explorer.

 

Seems like this on all the computers so i know its not just me.

 

I tried unplugging my ethernet and putting it back in which worked once.

I tried unplugging the main modem and it worked for a day.

I tried it again now it doesnt work.

And to top it off for some reason when i double click into CS it doesnt show up.

When i reboot my comp automatically Steam should should up so on the lower right hand corner where the time is the steam icon should be there which isnt.

Can anyone help me?

I've had these problems years ago i forgot how to fix them.

I live in North Jersey and I have Optimum Online.

So if anyone has the same problems at the current please let me know

It could be a virus messing about with your computer, or maybe ISP problems.

Or, do you have a bandwidth usage cap per month? Maybe you went over it

i doubt i have bandwidth usage cap per month..i didnt even know they had that..and maybe ill give them a call if this keeps up for another couple days
