Theres an option to have it in HD screen.

 

And mostof the effects can be done in Sony Vegas. That bullet thing at 1:20 may be something made in a model making program.

This video happened to come with these settings, but it is very easy.

 

When you paste the embed code into the message, just alter the parameters of the embed tag. So in this case, changing the

"embed src="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VwYKV-ta9mI&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340""

to

"embed src="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VwYKV-ta9mI&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="280" height="170""

would make the following changes.
