I would probably try to fuck up the world as much as possible. I'd start with Canada, fuck those guys, and move my way down through my list of countries that I just dont like until I get to North Korea. I'd fly to North Korea, rip off Kims glasses, smash them on the ground and round house kick him in the face. And thats just in the first hour..

"Generally agreed" Isn't a rule, its a precedent, and those can be broken, quite easily. Also there is no law that a President against an incompetent or morally corrupted President, so long as he can prove he is sane.

 

I don't see a legitimate reason to break that. Why, would you declare/infiltrate another country without our country being first attacked?
