Agreed. However I think the HG title should be re-worked. Make is something obtained by merit rather than time/number of posts etc.

 

Award HG for actual outstanding activity in the community ( helping organize events, catching rule breakers, helping out new members ) not for paying or posting 400 one or two word comments.

I don't play CS much more anyways right now. Admin wouldn't be a real reason for me to start it again with COD out, so I'm going to be staying HG for a long time.

You could always bump up the post requirement to 2,000 or something. The term Honorable Gamer doesn't mean shit at all, its just made up of people who couldn't pay for admin or spammed the shit out of the community.

Thing is, there are HGs that should never ever get admin.

 

There are many people who should never get admin.....sad to say some of them already have admin.

 

I see no reason in changing the entire meaning of HGs just because some are gonna be admins. Seeing as the community is growing there are going to be more HGs soon enough anyways, they're not dying out at all.....you cannot kill the trolls.
