[HELP] Can't Load CSS...

This might fix it:

 

Go to your steam folder in your hard-drive:

 

C:\Program Files\Steam

 

C would be your local disk (could be another letter).

 

Find the Steam.exe application (the actual steam loader).

 

Right click it, and click "properties".

 

There should be 5 tabs. Click the "Compatibility" tab.

 

Next, make sure the box labeled "Compatibility Mode" is unchecked, as this might cause some programs to crash if your computer is run in compatibility mode.

 

Now, click ok, and restart Steam. If it doesn't work, you may need to re-install steam once more. If it still doesn't work, I am not sure what's wrong.

Mabey just mabey go to the Steam forums, you know where they kinda made this stuff and help people fix it for a living?

"tryed everything on google" not literally.., and there may have been someone to have been in my situation and fixed it.
