I believe Dakrikokoko's sig banner is from a banner-creating website. I've made one before but I couldn't be bothered to download it, I recognise the stripes in the background.

 

Haha, unfortunately for you it's not. I made it from scratch in Photoshop.

The stripes in the background are widely used in graphic design; they're called "Scan Lines."
