I have actually forgotten the reason for this, I can remember there being one though:

 

Why is the Night-vision restricted?

We're currently running Zombie Reloaded. Instead of the nightvision there is a zombieview.

There were some troubles with it I think.

I believe this is the correct answer, zombie vision does run the same as NV.

Correct. Zombieview fucks up for people who don't run dxlevel 9+ or people who have bad computers.

Yeah, like for me it's just white screen and you can't see anything. Similar to when you're hit with a flashbang, but just permanent.

 

Push "n" to disable it.

 

But since ZR has it's own gay vision, night vision doesn't play nice with it, so it's just restricted.

If N doesnt work you can also disable it from the !zmenu
