Start of round knifing

I'm sick of these kids ruining every round when the server is at low pop (even when above the 18 threshold) by failing to knife zombies at spawn and then dying. We should really disable knife bonus damage for the first 3 minutes or so on every round similarly to how death points are disabled the first 3 minutes of every round.
