Additions to the (T)menu

I think it would be a great idea to add a fake body to the T menu as it would confuse players and think that you as a traitor are dead but you aren’t. This would really spice up the game in my opinion

So would this dead body show up when identified as a T? Wouldn't people who see you after your dead body was just found kill you? This idea is similar to the matchbox but the big difference is you're getting rid of other bodies that will never be found leaving people on the scoreboard that causes uncertainty with how many innos/ts are left. This only eliminates you from the scoreboard and can get you automatically killed if I get what you're suggesting.

Yes it would show up in chat with your name that you were a traitor and identified by somebody else, and yes it could get you automatically killed of course but it could also bring an advantage to your other T buddy’s. Let’s say someone calls a kos on me and they are chasing me down trying to kill me as a pack, if I can lay down a fake body and they all think that I’m dead then I can re group to a different location and try and get a couple more shots in to win the game. Also it should eliminate you from the scoreboard so it definitely confuses the other innocents/detectives that’s the whole point if you get where I’m coming from.

I think that cool addition would be a traitor Defibrillator which would bring innocents back to life as traitors. It would be very fun and may have to cost 2 credits.

Woltjohng cool idea but make it almost as many credits you can possibly get as a T or close to that because that would be insanely op for just two credits. Also people could just keep buying the power up and spawning innocents back as traitors and as soon as you know it, it is impossible to clutch as the Detective or an Innocent.

Also people could just keep buying the power up and spawning innocents back as traitors and as soon as you know it, it is impossible to clutch as the Detective or an Innocent.

 

Sounds fun on paper, but has some flaws to it. For example, everyone is spectating watching the action play out for the whole round and if someone were to know a location that other Ts didn't know and be respawned, there's no chance for that innocent to survive. It's indirectly breaking the ghosting rule. If you wanted to counter ghosting in any way just let spectators stare at a black screen, but absolutely no one would want to become partially blind for a while. I disagree with something like that being added. This has also been suggested in the past (I can't find the thread) but for the detectives to bring back innocents, it was rejected because it would break the ghosting rule causing too much chaos and I believe that suggestion should also remain rejected indefinitely.
