Do the first numbers matter more than the last ones.

 

Exmaple : Number drawn is 3-6-8

 

I have 3-6-6

 

Someone else has 2-6-8

 

We both have 2 numbers, so are we tied, or does the person with the firsts numbers win? (Or will you redraw)
