Actually it is just the same function as the current Ba_jail plugin, it allows people to set which guns people start with. Which is kind of stupid to let the prisoners have guns.

 

As for the mod, Ive seen it used a hell of a lot on PB/JB servers, and I feel it just ruins the game.
