However, you cannot continue to drink your own urine as the toxins and ammonia will kill you. Just because Wikipedia says something doesn't make it true. If there's no link to a credible source on that remark, then I wouldn't go by it. There are many survival books that state you can drink your urine as long as it's fresh. Link to comment

And i've seen that in the US Army handbook myself. Sure, you CAN drink you own fucking piss, but it isn't suggested if you're actually dehydrated because it will actually worsen anything.
