Some of you should give the Bible a read. To be as blatantly uneducated on a topic of debate, as some of you are, would certainly embarrass me. Let alone the uninformed aggression of some of these arguments. Alas, a jackass breeds a jackass.

 

It's easy to say someone is uneducated on the subject when you don't point out who and why.

You would need multiple direct quotes to prove that someone is uneducated in the topic. If you just blurt out in a discussion "you sir, are uneducated - you embarrass yourself!" then they'll think you're the fool.

God came down to Earth. (To me, this will never happen as I don't believe in religion)

 

Science proves where Humans came from and how the Universe started with hard evidence. (Scientists have a theory, which I believe is true, but it hasn't been proven)

Here's a major reason I dislike Christianity.

 

A child rapist, serial killer, drug lord dictator can repent his sins on his death bed and be safe in heaven. Me, an atheist, having done nothing to cause great physical/emotional harm to another, let alone many people, will go to hell for not believing. I don't want to be in the same place with those people, anyway, so I'm OK with that.

 

Furthermore, I dislike the idea of spending eternity being sentient. I can't imagine living for more than 100 years let alone 1000, 10,000, 1 million, 1 billion+ years. I don't want to be 'awake' for all eternity, which is infinity. To me, that sounds like never-ending torture.
