People don't try to directly give themselves diabetes (unhealthy eating, maybe, but that's still indirect) And I don't personally like it but I reposted on FB to help spread the word Link to comment

He's not laughing because his friend has a disease. I don't agree with Cromyth laughing at the kid for being dumb and getting hit by a car, but it was that kids fault.
