steam account hijacked

i sent a steam support ticket in about this how long does it take for them to get to those. also my friend told me that he no longer sees my name on his steam friends list so he either deleted my friends list or even the entire account.

It can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days, most likely the latter. No worries, you cant delete a steam account.

If your email was a gmail account you can view ip's that connected to it on the bottom of gmail and use iptrace to locate the isp the person uses.

If somebody tries to access your account from somewhere strange it notifies you, suggests you change your password etc. Someone random from the USA tried to login to my gmail account, thought I might as well change the password to be safe.

 

That sucks. I remember when my XBL got hacked. He spent $300 on points and bought games. Last time I left credit card info on a site or anything. The good part about it was after I got my account and money back, I still had all the games he bought. Bahaha.

 

Hackers... please hack me and buy lots of games. My password is isoldsgforamac

got it back guy deleted all my friends and changed my name to "Gw2RoseBlade13" and "ThanksForBuying". i havent bought anything off shady websites so idk what thanks for buying means. what ever its back nbd.
