To use Hamachi:

 

Start it up make a network make your friends join it ect

 

Then start up supreme commander go to multiplayer Lan ,then someone make a server who ever makes the server get there i.p from Hamachi (right click on their name and click copy adresse) then go back to supreme commander and in multiplayer lan put that i.p (5.xx.xx.xx Whatever it is) in the join by ip box (Oh and tell your friend to tell you the port which is in the chat box when they first make the server) click connect and it should work.
