download the maps from fpsbanana.com and place them in the correct folder, that's all i can think of as it sounds pretty unusual..does that happen with every single map? even if you have it downloaded? maybe you dont have enough disk space or have it set to not download custom maps, I'm not sure how to change that so maybe someone else can help.
