Assuming he doesn't want to travel more than a couple miles, doesn't need to carry groceries or items, doesn't need to travel in bad weather, doesn't want to travel with friends and lives in an area with good sidewalks/bike paths or do anything practical, then yes, get a bicycle.

Unfortunately you can't build your own laptop, especially not unless you want high end graphics cards etc, which often work in partnership with computer makers. Like nvidia worked with Dell to make their Go versions of their geforce cards to fit in the XPS laptops.

Get a Dell XPS. I've had one since 2005, I can still play whatever game I want. With the exception of Crysis of course.

Spiders, silverfish, house centipedes and basically all creepy crawlies, especially when in the house. I purchased a telescoping bug zapper for when I need to kill one without getting close to them. Death, that's a big one, I think about almost everyday. Oh, and I REALLY REALLY hate milk too, but I'm not scared of it.
