I played a couple rounds last night, think I only actually managed to injure the hidden guy one time, just from random luck of spraying. I still haven't picked up on how to see the hidden guy. Any tips? And what should i use, a laser, flashlight, what?

You can mute individuals, hit escape, the click on "player list" then highlight the douchebag you want to mute and click "mute ingame voice".
