your right, Trig in standardized tests aren't really all that hard. They usualy don't even have logarithms in them at all, just your basic Trig formulas. But I am that geeky kid who is majoring in Biochemistry so your results may vary.

From what i've learned, your only required to know Algebra for most of your non-math related majors. Calculus is the next requirement for your science/business majors that aren't heavy in math, then you basically have to learn them all if your taking any of the math based majors. I'm glad that I only needed to take Calculus I for the math part of my major. I would shoot myself If I had to take all 3 Calcs

I just started my long college journey, I've only got 1 and a half semesters down of my pre-professional. Luckily I'm only going for a BA, I would kill myself if I had to go further than 4 years in one shot to get the job I want.

A cousin-in-law of mine passed his bar exams about a year ago. He took both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania, apparently the New Jersey one is a piece of cake, so he took the Pennsylvania one as well. He is working as a clerk at the moment, I forget which court, and is making a solid income.

I pay about $2000 a semester at my community college. That includes books and fees. I also live at home because it it not a residential college and i'm to poor to go in on an apartment. I'm currently finishing up my second semester in my Biology major. I'm planing on transferring into a 4 year after my AS and converting my major into Biochemistry. I'm trying to work on getting the right education to get into the pharmaceutical fields. I would love to be a pharmacologist.

I was raised Catholic but during my highschool years I had a series of revelations that led me to the pantheistic school of thought. I respect all religions and believe that they can all be paths to Allah if they are followed in accordance with their prophet. I do not follow an organized religion and try to live my life according to direct revelation and inner morality.
