If the prob is still going on on your internet, just try to update every damn thing on add-ons including firefox if there is a newer version. Link to comment

Bor3d updated some php stuff and the vbulletin does not like it, admin might not be on as when on each map change the server connects to global bans for a clients.txt file, if the site is down the file will become blank.
