A notification when someone replys to you.

Ok, I really don't know if someone has made this thread up before so I decide to do it anyways.

 

As you see, if you go to youtube and comment a video and someone reply's like you get like a notification or whatever it is called to know that someone has put a reply to you. Now I wonder if we can do the same thing with the forum system regarding the posts in the threads around here in SG. If someone posts a reply to someone else, they get a notification that someone has replied or quoted to their post and can be aware of it if there is no such thing as that already that I'm not aware of so someone can tell me, but otherwise think about it.
