You know thats not true. Untill half the HG-s have been banned , that wont be true. We get a average of 5 new HG-s per month...so all kinds of people get the title.

As for flaming and trolling. A HG should never troll or flame a thread , instead they should give advice how to make the thread better , fix the grammar and make it worth reading.
