Freekill? or not freekill?

Not really a good thing to say. =P

 

Back to the topic: I would call it a freekill - especially if the guy who talked wasn't one of the ones that kept cutting you off. What you do is say your rules. Thats it. If no one can hear them because the morons kept talking, that's not your fault. Your rules are still vaild so long as you say them loud enough for people to know that you're giving rules.

 

Not really, say i give a rule, and a moron talks during it.

 

I then kill someone for breaking the rule, no one heard the rule, so regardless of whether you said it or not, it wasn't known to those who needed to follow it.

 

I've seen countless people (Admins especially) who will say they didn't hear the rule, so it was a freekill, and unless another T backs you up and says they heard it, it stays a freekill.

 

 

Its your job to make sure the rules and KNOWN and ENFORCED.
