Does some one knows how do i stop mmy gmod from crashing or lagging then crash, when i bought gmod it was fine but then it start laging and how i delete all my files like is the 1st time i played that game because deleting from the folder doesnt work very well.

if you dont have addons , go into steam>steamapps>kiwi987>then dealte the folder that says garrysmod. then reinstal it. worked for me if u do have addons, well, youll have to write them down before you delete so you can redownload them after

do what rawrberrytot says but dont worry about writing down your addons ive packed up my whole gmod\gmod folder with all the models lua scripts addons etc and ive got the best stuff on there.

so find a site where i can upload upload 1gb+ with a free account

Go to your steam apps and just delete the entire gmod folder. This way you no longer have addons which usually make loading slower and stuff.
