For those unable to see the point of his thread:

 

There is apparently one area of his city that has a lot of nightclubs, just outside this area (presumably as you're leaving it or going into it) there is a hotel, the hotel's advertising sign says 'Don't drink and drive, stay here'.

 

The point of the thread is that it's a cleverly placed hotel, just outside nightclubs where people get drunk and then try driving home.
