Dreams/nighmares

i cant really remember what i dream after time has passed, specially since most of the time i dont even dream anything, but the worst is when im half asleep and i fee like im falling and i cant grab on to anything and when i open my eyes im laying in bed, all safe

I had a dream I was trapped in the subway

-I do have alot of déja vu dreams ... i dream bout it & a week later it happens (i only realise after it happened)-

Happens to me all the time except im riding a tricycle off a cliff

I usually don't remember my dreams, maybe once or two every month at most.

 

But I do remember one dream I had, I was in my friend's house last at night and nobody was there and there was no power. All of the doors were locked and there was a zombie coming down the stairs to get me and I had no weapons, I ran to the basement and I woke up right before it got me.

 

I woke up and my heart was beating so fast and I was sweating like I just got done taking a shower.
