I have a couple of favorites that I make pretty regularly.

Three Cheese crusted grilled cheese - butter both sides of the bread, take some shredded parm, asiago, and romano cheese and apply to one side of each slice, lay those down on the pan, continue as normal. Gives it a great texture and flavor.

Grilled cognac burgers - Grind up some lamb and beef, spice, form into patties. Saute mushrooms and yellow onions in cognac. Grill the burgers and use a little of that sauce in the pan to marinate them. Top with your preferred cheese, I like swiss.

Spaghetti ( I know ) - I like to take a cup of a red sauce and add in a can of whole peeled tomatoes, red onions, garlic, and sliced italian sausage. Bring it to a simmer and kind of squish the tomatoes with a spoon. I prefer to serve it with angel hair.

BLT- Take a loaf of french bread, and cut out a piece about as long as the bacon. Get some pesto sauce and mix with mayo, about 1:1 ratio. Put together, and add in a thin slice or two of fresh mozerella.

Edit: Forgot one...

Honey Ginger salmon - Take a cup of lime juice and about a cup of honey. Mix them really well. Add in fresh ground ginger, or if that's not availble add in about a teaspoon of the powdered shit. Pour into a shallow dish and marinate 2 cuts of salmon, 6-8 ounces, for about 20 minutes. Cook it over medium heat until the middle is still slightly pink, coating it with the left over marinade if you wish. Serve over a bed of spinach and romaine.

Bonus: Serve it to your girl with wine for a fun night.

I wish I was good at cooking, but I can make:

Eggs/Bacon

Pretty much anything on a barbecue

Anything that comes out of a package and goes in the oven

Sandwiches

And that's about it.

I can make Indian food VERY well, which is weird.

I love making my own spring rolls, and preparing cuddlefish and squid.

I cooked for 2 years in restaurants... I can pretty much cook anything well. The best thing I can make is a Tropical Flounder.

Place the fish in a dish, pour Sea base, Lemon juice around the dish, toss it in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Get a pan, heat it up with olive oil/garlic, then after it starts to bubble, hit it with white wine, then saute in the same pan some Tomatoes, Onions, poor a lil more white wine, then hit it with basil. Take the fish out, plate it with rice/veg, poor the sauce on the fish, and good to go.

Fried rice, seafood Jambalaya, homemade (of course) clam chowder, stir-fry, spaghetti + sauce, wonton soup, and miso soup. Those are the best I'm at that I can think of off the top of my head. I love cooking.
