Really sorry to hear. As you say, life goes on, just find a way to push past it, and over time, the pain will become less.

My dad also suffered a heart attack this year, Thank you Jesus it wasn't fatal like your fathers. Tbh when he had his heart attack it really changed my view on life, How short, how crazy it is. I'm very sorry for your loss, i couldn't imagine how it would feel to lose your own father.

 

Hold on to your most precious memories and cherish them.

 

Also, Those who are not very close to your parent, or parents. Fix it and get close to them, you never realized how much you loved them until they're gone.
