They quite possibly could have cut a ton of stuff out. And regardless, According to Veggie, he's the world champ. Considering that when you swim you use a lot more oxygen thaT when your still over 4 minutes is great and as mentioned they prolly had to cut stuff for video editing.. Link to comment

I use to scuba dive with no weights sometimes one... they are fairly small Link to comment
