Well I just got back from the greatest warped tour of my life and this is what went down!

 

To start the day off, Driving in the car my friend was playing the warped tour cd, and this song came on:

I thought they were pretty good so we went to there booth, and met there guitarist. We went to there show and it was AWESOME. Went back to there booth and got a bunch of SWAG and autographs.

 

Next we went to Pierce the Vail, where we moshed our asses off, and I caught the guitarists pick. Right after Pierce the Vail, we pushed our way up too front and center for Four Year Strong, where we rocked out, untill this song came on.

And the Lead singer, came down off stage and stood right in front of us, and during the chorues put the mic to my friend and i's mouth, and we sang into the mic. It was fucking sweet.

 

Finally Sum 41, they played there classics, we moshed and crowd surfed.

 

Ended up with Autographs from Sum 41, Four Year Strong, Pierce the Vail, and Fight Fair.

Don't we have a topic similar to this already? Anyways, I guess I will share it here as well.

 

Ozzfest 2006 was the best concert I ever went to. Woke up bright and early when me and a few friends slept over at the same house the night before, we drove to West Palm and got there kinda early. Chilled at the lot with a shit load of other fans there and met some really awesome people before the bands actually started playing. It was really cloudy later on in the day but the weather was still good enough. It was hot and humid as fuck still. I did get minor injuries at the concert since all bands were metal but that is half the fun. I got to see System of A Down play so that makes it the best concert ever.

Glastonbury... Europes biggest music festival... Will post videos later, all I can say is amazing!

I went to see Through The Eyes Of The Dead and all I can say is HOLY SHIT

A mosh pit formed around me and my friend. We got caught up in it and some guy's tooth got lodged in my arm. Not to mention the place they were playing at is just a big open concrete room with pillars. So people were getting hit off the pillars and it was just insane.

 

I also saw Whitechapel, I broke my nose in a mosh pit. I've been in a few Walls of Death, a friend went and bravehearted it. If you don't know what that means, he stands in the middle between both sides and gets destroyed by both sides. I think he broke a few ribs, I don't remember. Every metal show that comes here I go to almost because the prices are so cheap, I refuse to go to most mainstream bands due to the fact that they suck dick live.

I went to the Korn's family Values Tour a few years back.

 

I forget who all was there. There was like 10 or so diff bands.

 

I remember Korn and Evanescence headlined it, and the only other bands I remember being there was Hellyeah and Flyleaf.

 

It was pretty good, although this is when Korn was touring See You on the Other Side which I only liked a few of those songs. But they did play their classics and it was still a pretty kick ass show.

Going to Mayhem Festival in 2 days. Going to be hot as hell since it will be in south Florida and it is an all day thing.

I went to Lolla yesterday to see MGMT and Soundgarden, shit was amazing. At MGMT, the WHOLE crowd was drunk or stoned, and MGMT was awsome. They played mostly Congratulation songs, and when they played Kids everyone was dancing. At Soundgarden, it was fucking crazy good, the band played mostly off of Superunknown, but also did songs off like, Badmotorfinger and some of their earlier stuff. Once they played "Black Hole Sun" I was in grunge heaven.

 

Ill probably have another story from Rush in a few weeks, and then The Wall

I got back from Mayhem Festival late last night/early morning. I got hit in the head 4 times in the middle of a pit, got trampled in a wall of death that was started by Lamb of God and got a sun burn. Rob Zombie put up an amazing fucking performance and one me and everyone there will remember. I saw an old guy in his 60's or 70's go in a pit which was epic. All the bands performed really well but Rob Zombie put up the most kick ass performance. It was a great festival.
