Weapons skins/Models for higher FPS.

I think just my Norton Internet Security that is running. I'm not sure.

 

Well I would start with removig that crap. I'm serious. There are LOTS of free antiviruses that are A LOT better. Google AVG, this one is ok.

 

Norton is probably the thing running on the background eating your CPU, RAM AND Internet connection speed.

 

When removed try css again.

Viruses don't work that way. Just uninstall Norton and install MSE.
