Not sure how many of you are interested in Geo-political games out there. If you are check out this freeware game, Balance of Power 1990. Its a small windows program, but the gameplay can get very complex and difficult. I'm not sure what the forum's policy is about linking freeware so i won't link it. I have not played that game in a long time. I remember my brother showed it to me in like 1994 or something and I tried playing it, but I really wasn't interested in those types of games back then. I vaguely remember having no idea what I was doing. Might download that and give it another shot after over a decade.

If it's freeware then why would there be any policy against linking it?
