If you are check out this freeware game, Balance of Power 1990. Its a small windows program, but the gameplay can get very complex and difficult. I'm not sure what the forum's policy is about linking freeware so i won't link it. But it can be found at home of the underdogs. I remember my brother showed it to me in like 1994 or something and I tried playing it, but I really wasn't interested in those types of games back then. I vaguely remember having no idea what I was doing. Might download that and give it another shot after over a decade. Link to comment
