i just got a new one, so could it be not enough power or broken graphics card

It's not your graphics card or you'd see artifacts on the screen or if low power the pc would turn off randomly. Just reinstall whatever version of windows you were using.

It looks like a problem with the drivers or hardware, have you recently installed something, updated something or changed any settings?

It could be from a malware or rootkit infection. Download "Norton Bootable Removal Tool"

I had this too, i had malware in my system, that mass used my RAM and caused my computer to crash.

Seems you have that, or your cooling isn't working properly.
