Steam Folder

Hey so uhmm ive got like 2 Partions a C:// and a D:// well D:// was suposed to be for my games but accidently i had STEAM +games installed on C:// is it possible to just cut paste it on the other partion or will it crash then !?

it will work fine. though if transferring your whole steam folder it has around 15,000+ of files and would take a few hours to transfer. re-install steam of your D and just copy the steamapps folder.

Ive cut and paste it on the other drive and SDK Stil works

You reinstalled steam?

The easiest thing you could do is copy your whole steamfolder, and simply remove your .blob files (since the .blob files contains the info of where the steamapps folder is located) and then start steam. Steam would make the .blob files again and fix everything.
