I have to do an essay on the struggle between good and evil presented in "The Old Man and the Sea" by Ernest Hemingway. I need to find examples of good and evil in the plot, characters, setting, theme and point of view. Its a bit hard for me and its due on tuesday. PLEASE HELP /potshot

I felt like such a nerd when I actually read Hamlet (and barely understood it), while the rest of my class secretly used Sparknotes to do their assignments easily.

 

This reminded me of when I read Shakespeare for fun.

 

I should point out that people find you weird when you have The Divine Comedies, Henry V, Twilight, and Rainbow Six on the same bookshelf.

This kind of shit is easy.

 

Read the book. Write about a 5 line paragraph describing what your gonna talk about, grab a quote from the book that adds evidence, that explain the quote.

 

Simple shit that'll get you a A/B.

 

I did about 4 of these and got a B.
