No it is not precise (they cant actually make a full heart yet)

 

To print organs they need a sample of your cells that theyre trying to print, or of a donor thats compatible. They replicate the cells, a lot, and use them as ink. Then it just does the same thing. Saw on a show somewhere they printed the wall to a heart valve, and it started expanding and shrinking on the table like it was trying to pump blood. Freaked me out
