People get freaked out when I ask them to touch them. Not sure why. They are all benign since they don't cause pain. The one in my leg is pretty damn hard. I kind of want to get them removed just see how big they are.

Thanks for the support everyone, just a quick update;

 

The orthopedic said that it looks like the tumor has caused a torn Meniscus, so surgery is a must, on the other hand, the cysts are in-fact benign so there is nothing to worry about
