How to get gains?

So recently I've been on tinychat and I keep getting comments about my weight and my inability to apparently do 20 pushups. I'm wondering how I can get mad gains. Anyone have good suggestions?

Focus on your core lifts, start from the bar and count your calories. Increase weight until you get bigger.

 

I bet someone is making fun of me calling me a homo or something.

what should I eat? i bought some nuts and some noodles and whatnot along with sandwich meat etc. is there any super specific semi cheap food i can buy to bulk up? doughnuts?

 

Just get some whey in you. Make sure it doesn't have any fat burner crap in it.

Or actually do push ups every day till you get to 20. When I was in high school I weighed about 120 wet and was able to do 50-60 in 2 minutes. Just takes training and hard work.

 

You also should follow Doodles and Shark and work your neck muscle
