Teamspeak activity is not required, but I have seen people become recognized just by getting on TS. You should get on there more often Link to comment

Can you be active on servers instead? active in game and forum doesn't necessary make you an admin, you should actively engage with the people and report rule breakers by calling admins or post complains Link to comment
