To make them fair you can only enter if you are within a certain level bracket - 10-19, 20-29, 30-39 and so following. When people have twinks, they like to max them out with gear and then not level them past 19 for example. That way, they are practically unbeatable. Once they hit 20, they are back to square one and must level to 29 and collect more gear in order to be in the same position. Link to comment
