So if you haven't heard about it the EPA has made one of this years top priorities bringing about a ban on modifications to street cars.

 

Essentially you change your intake, your car is now a race car, not a street car. It also forbids you from turning any street car into a race car.

Any car with aftermarket work done to it would be classified as a race car, hence no modding your cars.

 

This will have a massive impact on american business and the global economy relating to aftermarket engine parts.
