ive playd dust 2 with those skinns befor the blue skin goes to the player with most kills on ct and red goes for player with highest scor on the t team alot of d2 servers do that and its no big deal and you cant be accidently banned for hacking because you have them in your folders

true that we should make a thread on how the voteban should be lowwerd from 85 perc to 40 or 50 perc because getting votebanned is like the worst and most humiliating way to get banned and we all no how much we love that!!!!

so we have red tampon and mnote = brothers bubba and haggard = father+ son havic and james = brothers kalibre and tcp = twins any one else???

i STRONGLY DISSAGREE im a supporter and i still think that nobody but admins should be able too kick otherwise you would have a bunch of people kicked and abused and people would not be able to keep track of all this if regs did get kick powers then the standerds for zombie regs must be set too a much higher leval leave it too the admins and also you can just hop on vent and tell an admin too come to the server and tell him or her the name of the playerand 80 percent of the time the player gets banned or slayed or what ever. i thing regs and supporters definitly should not be able too kick also theres like 70 regs . so haggard would have too set up like 70+ people and then people will ba asking left and right for reg taggs . but what tcp said however is not quite true votekicks NEVER WORK ALSO why would you organize 20 peopke to votekick and then for the player too just come back votebanns just dont work because you need 85 percent of the players to votekick i do think you should lower the percentage to about 1\2 of the players or 40 percent because 40 percent is still like 15 people voting to bann someone and i nerver see anyone get past 10 votes
